Good Afternoon Dr. I savitha working in pvt ltd for past 8yrs,i had lot of pimples of my face so i took treatment with dermatoists for 1 yr i completed my course of treatment but with no good results so i went to homopathy treatment my pimples vanished with clear skin but one problem left was dark patches of my face neck eyes

I would suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen, that which offers both UV B and UV A protection throughout the day.
A skin lightening cream containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, hydroquinone, arbutin, glycolic acid etc can be use once daily at night for a few days.
