Suggest Remedy For Cough With Tightness In The Lungs
I was use acrylic spray paint late yesterday in confined space and end up breathing in some of the fumes. Today I am coughing and feel slight tightness in my lungs. I am not having any problems with breathing or any other systems. Is there any thing I can drink or breath that might be helpful?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cough with tightness in the lungs which is a sign of respiratory tract infection along with pulmonary wheezing. I would suggest you to take short course of antibiotics such as Amoxicillin or azithromycin for 5-7 days along with Antihistamine such as Chlorpheniramine. You should use room humidifier and vapor rub that will give benefits to you. Steam inhalation is very effective but you have to be very careful while taking it. You should use throat lozenges and go rinses with warm saline water. Take diet rich in vitamin B12. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Get chest X-ray done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for acid reflux disease ,
Hope your concern has been resolved.
