Suggest Remedy For Cough With Green Phlem

Coughing up green phlem as well as blowing nose with green phlem for 6 weeks. No fever. Go to work, etc. I am able to exercise (run) but constantly have to cough and blow my nose throughout the run; however, afterwards I feel horrible (achy all over, headache). The next day I am fine, but the phlem persists. Obviously, I m ok, but am getting kind of sick of feeling sick, coughing, and blowing my nose! Do I just need to wait it out or would you recommend I go to my PCP?

HI
Well come to HCM
Allergic cough with chronicity may be greenish in color and some time this may be associated with secondary bacterial infection without the history of fever, avoid blowing of nose is advisable, if this is headache and muscular pain then this could be bacterial infection, drink plenty off water, have hot drinks, steam inhalation.
Medication:- Tab Levocetrizine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days
Take care and have a nice day.
