Suggest Remedy For Constipation

Hello, I am suffering from constipation from past 3 months. Every time I have to apply great pressure while discharging stool. Earlier I itching in my discharge pore and many times I see blood along with my stool. Though from 2 weeks I haven't seen blood but the constipation problem is continued. In the mean while i had few medicine's namely " no worms, piles from Himalaya, Fly-gel and one other to stop bleeding (name not recalled)" but had no relive with constipation. As I live along and work with a company in night shifts, I have to eat food from outside. Please help and advise. Thanks!

Hi..

Welcome to healthcare magic .

As you mentioned you have problem of constipation and blood in stool..
Hemorroid can bleed while excessive straining at toilet time ...
For constipation problem you can use bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful.
Lack of high fiber foods and water intake in diet also cause constipation problem.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods..
Drink more water..
Take a high fiber foods..
Kiwi and peaches helpful in constipation problem.
