Suggest Remedy For Chronic Cough And Mucus Formation In Throat

I have a chronic cough now for a number of weeks mucis keeps forming in my throatcan be worse at night and very annoying trying to keep my throat clear .I did have sympthons of fibromyolgy but this seems to be I improving about two months ago I did have an infection starting with a sore throat and never seems to have cleared up any advice

Thanks for an elucidate history.
The fibromyalgia you have can be due to chronic respiratory tract infection.
I would suggest you the following:
First of all get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon, get endoscopy and clinical examination done, investigations like blood and urine tests to rule out diseases like diabetes as they can cause chronic problems, CT scan of the sinuses as this too is one of the commonest cause of mucus formation in the throat as a secondary effect.
The treatment will then be specific and long enough to get you a cure.
