Suggest Remedy For Chest Tightness And Fluttering Sensation
For about two or three weeks i have been experiencing on and off chest discomfort, usually tightening. In addition, i tend to lose my breath much more easily now. During one episode, muy heart felt as if it were fluttering and i became a bit dizzy. Im a 32 year old male who just quit smoking. I ve also been under a lot of stress lately. Thanks for your time.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chest discomfort then it must not be underestimated and it need to be differentiated with cardiac disease and EKG and ECHO is must, till then PPI can be tried because it could be due to hyperacidity, and best drug would be, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
