Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. The description regarding your condition is insufficient to reach definitive diagnosis without actual physical examination or pictures. I would also recommend set of laboratory tests like CBC, thyroid function, blood sugar, vit B 12 etc. I would suggest you may be suffering from plantar keratoderma. I would advise you some oral corticosteroids and antibiotics with analgesics. Vitamin B12 injections can be added after review of investigation. Also essentail fatty acid and vit A and E supplements will help.Apply creams containing Halobetasol and fusidic acid twice a day over affected skin. After days add a good mousturiser like venusia max to regimen. Avoid pricking/ peeling and scratching. Always use cottton socks and use gentle cleanser/ bar for routine use. Hope this will take care of your query. Thank you Dr Hardik Pitroda
