Suggest Remedy For Burning In Throat And Mouth

Hi, I ve been having burning in my throat and mouth . Not everyday but I would say couple days for the past month. Three days ago I started with a heavyness or slight pain in the midsection of my throat when I breathe in deep. Do you think this is a serious problem, Think I should see a doctor? Thank you Giselle

Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. This could be secondary gastric reflux.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid spicy and junk foods.
2) Avoid taking tea or coffee in empty stomach.
3) Proton pump inhibitors like tablet rabeprazole.
