Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Waistline

I have quite a large number of small white bumps along my frontal waistline, They don t seem to hurt but are somewhat irritated by tight pants/shorts. Im quite a bit over-weight and thought maybe it was from hygiene? although i find myself to be quite a clean person. They were never there till i had a large boil pop around the same area? Any idea what this could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicles.
I suggest using Neosporin cream for local application.
I also recommend to clean the area with antibacterial soap.
I suggest to use loose clothes.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
