Hello I have read your query. Medication like methylcobalamine and neurotropic medication like pregabalin can help in neuropathy. If vascularity is reduced then pentoxphylline medication can be helpful. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and matrix therapy may help you. I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
