Suggest Remedy For Bruise On Knee With White Discoloration On It

I have a bruise on my right leg just around in the corner of my knee cap it has a white circle near the center of it. I get them a lot but usually just circle bruises kind of fetish color. Is this something to be concerned about? I have a lot of problems with pain in leg.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM
When did you get hurt?
It is common to have discoloration during the natural healing process.dont worry about that
Generally the pain should subside in a week. If the pain persists even after then I would advise you to get
1. xray of the knee
2. mri scan (if you have deep seated pain in the knee along with instability, clicking/ foreign body sensation)
For temporary pain relief
1. Take paracetamol or aceclofenac twice daily
2. Give rest to the knee joint
If you have anymore doubts I would be happy to help you.
I find this answer helpful
