Suggest Remedy For Bowel Movement Immediately After Food

I m a 20 year old male and I ve got a question about my metabalisom. I jog at least 3 days a week and i m starting to eat less and when I do eat a meal within 5-10 minutes I have to go poop and i m pooping more often. Does this mean I have a fast metabalisom? or is there something wrong with my diet.. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day sometimes a low as 800 when I don t feel hungry. thank you

Hi thanks for asking question.
Mostly you have irritable bowel syndrome like possibility.
Here are some suggestion for you.
Continue to do regular exercise.
In diet take green leafy vegetables and fibre containing diet like whole grain,spinach,carrot,wheat bran.etc.
Drink more water daily.
Cooked oatmeal helpful in soothing stomach.
North sea fish like oil containing omega 3 fatty acid that is useful in reducing gastrointestinal inflammation.
Ginger tea and fibre supplement can be taken.
Meanwhile if reflux like symptom and abdominal pain present also take omeprazole for few days.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Irritable Bowel syndrome. This is common in this age group and could be triggered by a variety of different things like Stress, Smoking , change of work or change of shifts, high fat etc.
First , take a dose of deworming medication like Albendazole 400 mg. 1 tablet only. After dinner, chew and then swallow. Sometimes a worm infestation is the culprit.
Following this if you still continue to have symptoms - get a stool routine test done to make sure it's nothing serious.
You can take Otiliniuim bromide 40 mg, 20 min before each meal to help with the discomfort. Alternatively Mebeverine 135 mg 20 min before meal.
Try cutting Tea , coffee,smoking(if you areca smoker) , milk and other fat from you diet for a few days and see if it makes a difference. Then following that you will have a fair idea as to which food you handle better.
