Hello
As you mentioned that it occurred after rough sex so nothing to worry because it sometimes happen even to ladies who has given birth to a baby. But if there are repeated episodes of bleeding then kindly do a simple blood test of peripheral smear which includes platelets and bleeding and clotting times. If these are in normal range then you don't have to worry about anything. Just washup yourself completely as residual blood clots can get infected. Otherwise no reason to worry. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
