Suggest Remedy For Abnormal Erection,dead Penis Reflexes Post Accident

Hi Doc I have had this problem for years I was 13 when it all started I had an accident which I was car surfing and the car sped into a large pavement then I hit my penis right next to my balls with the back Dior of a van now I have this hard abnormal erection which is very uncomfortable the penis reflexes are dead it even shrinks to a 8 year old boy penis when I urinate I have to push harder than normal. what must I do I can still feel this hard little ball where I hit during the accident.

It can be due to vessel injury in penis, kindly do a penis Doppler test for confirmation at which part the of the vessel is injure. According to that only, treatment can be given.
