Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The gender dysphoria you are having is no more a mental illness. I will suggest you to talk to your parents regarding this issue, otherwise it will affect your mind and life. At your age sometimes this is normal. I will suggest you to keep patience till your puberty gets over. Still you feel that you are trapped in a wrong body, there are lots of gender reassignment surgeries. But these surgeries are performed after the age of 18.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Awadhesh P Singh Solanki
