Suggest Remedy Elevated Iron Level In Blood
I have the same question regarding lowering iron levels. My results show my iron is too high. I don't eat much read meat, mostly turkey and chicken along with a lot of fresh veggies and fruit. Are there some simple steps I could take to lower the iron?

I can understand your concern. You may have hemochromatosis. You should go for liver biopsy. Take treatment of that. You should go for repeated blood donation. That will help you. Iron chelating agent like desferoxamine can help you.
