Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can start taking injections of ferritin to increase the ferritin content in your body. Also, having foods rich in ferritin like eggs, lentils, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, nuts, pumpkin seeds, broccoli would massively benefit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Smruti Pevekar
