Suggest Remedies For Yeast In The Mouth And Tongue

Hello, Myra name is Myra I have had yeast in my body for over 30 yrs and have done pretty good with the condition. I have a stomach problem. the Dr. put me on dried prunes to much sugar and now my tongue and mouth is broke out with yeast. I have taken nystatan mixture but had sugar in it and mouth got worse. I was given a tablet Clotrimazole troche but it made my stomaach hurt. I have tried salt water rince. and now I am on 240 Duke mouthwash and it makes my mouth burn can you help me

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Oral Thrush that is an yeast infection and the medications advised to you are appropriate..You should gargle with sugar free mouthwash and in case if the Clotrimazole Troche irritates the stomach you can take Pantoprazole empty stomach in the morning for relief..
You can also take plenty of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic as it helps in resolution of the yeast infection..
In case if it does not resolve with all these measures, then you need to consult an Infectious Medicine Specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and oral medications like oral intake of Fluconazole can be advised for atleast 2 weeks for resolution of the infection..
If there is burning in mouth you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Drink plenty of cool water and maintain a good oral hygiene..
