Sensitivity on the side of the left foot with swelling of the top the foot and the left ankle. Not particularly sensitive to touch, but creating a severe limp when walking. Minor redness and warmth. Prone to Gout but haven t had an episode over five years

I really appreciate your concern, it may be gout symptoms but it need to get confirm and for that you have to get done the serum uric acid test till the you can try NSAID for this like Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
