Suggest Remedies For Tightness In Chest, Pins And Needles And Mucus Build Up

Hello! I have some mucus that can be hard to bring up. In the mornings is the worst. Sometimes I cough until bile comes up. So a few times now this has happened, During the the bile is working it s way up my chest and back tighten up and I have pins and needles. This happened this morning and I have chest pains and still have pins and needles. What could cause this?

There is need to visit the pulmonologist , since these symptoms may mimic the asthma. there is need to get the FBC, ESR, ecg and chest xray.
you may need to use antibiotics along with expectorant and painkillers.,
