General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. This can be most likely chronic synovitis. A consultation with orthopeadician for local examination and imaging (X ray & MRI if required) will help to rule out the condition. Aspiration fluid might be required. Physiotherapy like massage , electrotherapy and exercises along with pain medication will be helpful to clear the problem.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
