Suggest Remedies For Swelling In The Right Wrist

an unusual swellingon the back of my right wrist where the veins come into the hand it is about 1.5 inches and just is raised, tender and a lump essentially I have never had this before in my life I am 53 male reasonably ok health , no overt issues to report

It might be a minor contusion or something like carpal tunnel syndrome.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for symptomatic relief. If swelling persists, better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
