i am a 21 year old female, about 5'5, 115 pounds, i jumped up to catch a football yesterday and i came down on my foot wrong, i thought i had just twisted my ankle but now that its extremely swollen i can see that there is no swelling on the ankle but all down the side of my right foot and on the top of it, the bruising is really bad, like its purple and blue covering my whole foot. and the swelling is so bad that i cant even wear flip flops. its extremely painful to walk on, not like any twisted ankle ive ever had. HELP!
