I understand your concern. As I understand you from what you refer, the diagnosis of gluten intolerance has already been confirmed. Nevertheless, you are still experiencing diarrhea, which is apparently not caused by a parasite or other infectious agent. The elevated liver enzymes are quite frequently linked to gluten intolerance. While you did not describe the type of diarrhea, I suspect you might have developed lactose intolerance. You can find out by completely eliminating milk and milk products from your diet for a couple of days and see if there is an improvement. Elevated liver enzymes can also be related to lactose intolerance. If this is not the case, further tests such as stool test and even an intestinal biopsy will be necessary to find out the cause.
Wishing you all the best.
