Suggest Remedies For Small Painful Lumps On The Right Knee

I have some small moveable lumps on my right knee, I have been unable to kneel on my knee for 11 months, the pain when kneeling, wearing tight clothing, at the slightest touch or on full bend is excruciating, I can still exercise, run, swim gym work etc however the symptoms are getting worse, I have an appointment with an orthopaedic doctor but they cant get me in until 10th November what would you suggest?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lumps on right knee which are painful on kneeling, wearing tight clothes, touching or moving can be due to development of bursae.
Bursae are fluid filled swellings caused by irritation.
I suggest you to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment for definitive diagnosis.
Treatment of bursae is conservative with anti-inflammatory drugs and hot fomentation.

Thanks and take care
