Suggest Remedies For Shooting Pain In Neck And Head
Hi, I have pains shooting up from the side of my (left side) neck. Sometimes the pain is located in just one area bit is painful but sometimes the pain shoots up into my head. The pain is mainly in the left behind the ear in the soft spot on the neck. Can you give me an idea of what it could be?

It may be due to several causes like migraine or occipital neuralgia. For that you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies, vitamin b 12 levels after neurologist consultation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
