General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I evaluated your concern thoroughly. Associated with overuse of shoulder, arms during typing and computer work with stretching/shearing forces acting upon particular ligaments and joints of the concerned regions of the body.

Pain killers, physiotherapy will work to support to some extent but in my opinion, you need evaluation of the same through high resolution soft tissue ultrasound or MRI to get the diagnosis and treatment accordingly for life time cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
