General & Family Physician 's  Response
Because you have severe migraine and sinusitis Tylenol+codeine would not be enough to relieve your pain. If you are not allergic it's better to take some Ibuprofen 400mg or Mefanamic Acid 500mg 3 times a day for a day or two. You can take Benadryl instead sleeping pills as it has anti allergic action too and good for sleep. However Benadryl like antihistamines can increase your headache if it's purely due to sinusitis. Because you have a combination symptoms due to allergy it's acceptable to take it.
