Suggest Remedies For Red Rashes Between The Folds Of The Skin

I am overweight and have a sagging lower belly ever since my C-section. I am also Diabetic. I think I have a yeast infection but it has spread outside the vaginal area and looks more like a diaper rash with deep red places under belly radiating down in crease between upper thigh area and front bottom area. It obviously stays moist and warm. Burns when I urinate and is painful where panties rub in crease of leg. Do you think also yeast and should have Diflucan (anti-fungal cream helps but does not help to make it go away)
