Suggest Remedies For Red, Raised And Itchy Spots On Body Due To Jellyfish Sting
I got stung 4x last tuesday/wednesday by jellyfish at myrtle beach i had been given vinegar for the sting and seemed to take care of it as they had almost faded but we went to ocean city for the last 2 days getting home today to find these spots are red raised and itchy again what do i do

It is due to allergic reaction by jellyfish bite.
Advice
1. Avoid going to beach
2. Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3. Dexamethasone 0.5 mg every 12 hours for 3 days
4. Apply calamine lotion locally three times daily
