Suggest Remedies For Red, Itchy Testicles While Treating Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
My client (male, 24 years. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy) has redness and itching over both testicles, no swelling, the tip of the penis is quite red and it stings when he urinates. I have sent his urine away to be tested and it came back all good, no infections. what else could it be please?

Regarding your client exhibiting symptoms of reddnes and itching around his testicle with associated redness at the tip of his penis I am suggesting strongly that he has what will call Red scrotum syndrome with acute urethritis
In view of this please let him do the following test
Skin snip test
Blood culture
Testicular scan
Meanwhile give him the following
Bactroban cream
Anti-inflammatory ointment
Tablet antibiotic
