Suggest Remedies For Recurring Pain In Lower Back And Left Hip
I am having possible S I joint pain which is pain in lower back and left hip area. When I change position especially getting in and out of a car or sudden direction change when I do a twisting type motion., the pain is momentarily excruciating. What can I do?
