Suggest Remedies For Recurring Hemorrhoids And Constipation

hello, within the past 3 or 4 weeks I occasionally have bleeding from a hemrroid. (Sorry it s misspelled). My routine colonoscopy in late June was fine and the doctor said to come back in 10 years. I do experience constipation at times, and occasional loose stools. The blood is bright red, and rather heavy at first, then stops within 10 - 20 minutes or so. Would a product like preparation H be indicated? Thank you

As per your complain you have constipation problem and hemorroid that can treated by proper diet and lifestyle modifications.

For hemorroid treatment you can use topical steroid for decrease inflammation. Topical analgesic can use for pain relief .

Avoid spicy food.
Drink more water per day.

Take a high fiber foods like whole grains, oats..etc to avoid constipation problem.

Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.
Warm sitz bath helpful in hemorroids.

Stool softner can use for constipation problem.
Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower and carbonated drinks etc..

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
