Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Chills While On Chemotherapy Treatment
I am on a IV chemo known as carfilzomib for the treatment of Multiple Myeloma. I have had seven months of treatment (3 wks on and one week off) I have experienced increasing bouts of chills and the threat of chills, most recently for up to four days after treatment. Can you suggest anything I can do or tsake to offset this most unpleasant side effect?

Chills may be due to side effect to the drug or you may develop some immunosuppression due to chemotherapy. So you may develop an opportunistic infection.
Get it done complete blood count and chest x-ray. Urine analysis and microscopy. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
