Hello,

As I see there is a pain in the arm which is kind of shifting in nature and no strenuous activity this could be a nerve entrapment in the Cervical spine leading to the symptoms. It's speculation. so rule this out I will advise you to do some hot water fermentation to the neck and also some simple static neck exercises. Just watch if the pain is reducing. If it does we need to look for the pathology of the spinal column and also an MRI might be good to understand the pathology of the cervical spine. Usually, with the job profile, degenerative changes, there will be a thecal cord compression leading to symptoms. With conservative management, things can be resolved and most patients have this common issue which rises all of a sudden.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
