Suggest Remedies For Pain And Swelling In Ankle Up To The Knee

my right ankle bone inner faced is very painfull to touch a little swollen and tiny bumps under skin, and top of foot swollen a little achey and the and leg bone up to knee is achey. it feels like the pain is in my bones. I am 43 YO 5 9 185 lbs I have had several back surgeries fused L4 to S1 and C1- C2 fusion

Swelling without trauma with previous history of surgical spinal interventions make it likely a rheumatological cause and it needs a rheumatologist for the management, Meanwhile get some pain relief medicines and get to ER for some radiological eork up to rule out any fracture. Needs work up.An orthopaedist should be consulted at an earliest convenience.
