Suggest Remedies For Nausea, Body Chills, Fatigue And Low Appetite

My daughter ate Mexican food on Monday the next day, Tuesday morning she felt nausea. Then on Tuesday night she had body chills, said she was freezing. On Wednesday, she was feeling sleepy, no energy, nausea and she had a fever of 101.7. I gave her extra strength Tylenol and it broke the fever. She feels a little better, but does not have an appetite, still nausea(goes in and out), no fever, her bowels was loose, just feeling weak. She is only drinking water, sprite, saltine crackers, pineapple fruit cup, she ate a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, and a smoothie, but she is not herself, no energy.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that she needs a proper antibiotic course to recover because she had food infection that might have caused her Typhi fever. Give only soft and liquid diet and consult a physician for written prescription.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
