Suggest Remedies For Nasal Congestion
i have had a pligged nose during the night I am a welder for the past 3 days in my joband every once in a while get a plugged nose on one side however cant sleep both my nostrils are plugged solid I tried vixks sinex 2x plugged really bad now I tried taking hot shower and using saline solution but plugged wont go through right now I am trying ice on my bridge of my nose can u suggest anything for relief

if it's just plugged sensation and no other cold symptoms then need to suspect any foreign body or any growth of mass could be adenoids or polyps in the nostril or nasal sinus
good to have ENT consultation if symptoms are not getting better to rule out any other cause...
if has cold or allergies try some anti allergic medications Loratidine 10 mg or Montek
and some fluticosone nasal drops along with saline nasal drops or spray to help congestion
drink plenty of fluids or water as you are exposed to heat of welding and dehydration also heat could be cause of drying of nasal mucosa and mucosa of sinuses leading to chronic congestion like symptoms
