Suggest Remedies For Lower Back Pain

I have been dealing with lower back pain, I have seen a neurosurgeon, tried the injections, and after today s appointment he informed me there is only a 50/50 chance surgery would be a success and he doesn t advise it. He is referring me to pain management. He spoke of some kind spinal electrical stimulation. Not sure exactly what he meant. Can you please give me some information to so can study on it before making any decisions. What is the proper name of this procedure?

Different surgical procedures may be carried out to treat lower back pain depedning on the cause.Possible causes may include: osteorthritis, disc herniation, spinal cord compression,Sicatica, metastatic cancer...
Treatment options for low back pain may include: different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroid shot ocassionally, physiotherapy and surgery.
Different sugical options may include: Spinal fusion, Laminectomy, Foraminotomy, Diskectomy, Disk replacement, Interlaminar implant.
However, given the risks of surgical procedures, these options may only be tried if other options do not help.
