Hi,

If your stool and urine samples don't have any blood on analysis, then you don't have to worry. Most commonly, iron deficiency anemia is nutritional and due to faulty dietary habits.

Take oral iron capsules, have vitamin C and vitamin B1 Q2 supplimentation. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables, jaggery, organ meat, pomegranate.
You can go for iron injections too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
