Please help me. I have developed sores on my penis which are not really painful, only itchy. They appeared a few days back. I first saw them in the morning after having sex with my girlfriend. I told her about them and asked her if there was any chance she could have an STI and she said NO. I have been faithful to her and she says she has been too. Currently she is on a 3 months medication for alcers. Could that possibly affect me and does an STI just pop up out of nowhere? How do I treat these sores on my penis forehead? Thank you.
