Suggest Remedies For Irregular Menstruation

Hi i have irregular menstruation even no menstuation cycle at all if i dont take duphaston . My gyneco told me to always take duphaston since the eggs are not moving .is that a problem if i want to get pregnant after a while . When i take duphaston i have my period regular , can i get pregnant while taking duphaston only in this case or something else should be done? Thank you

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first for irregular periods. do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. It can be due to these disorders or may be due to polycystic ovaries. In this, ovulation doesn't happen regularly and thus periods are irregular. For pregnancy, you will need some medicines like clomiphene for the ovulation induction.
