Suggest Remedies For Hives

Should I be concerned about the very irritating Bites/hives I ve been experiencing for 9 days now? New ones are appearing. I ve just returned home from a rental home. Wondering if bed bugs are to blame? Or something in the Frio River, (Fresh springs). I do have a temperature of 99.9.

1.CRP
2.Detail history
3.physical examination
4.CBC to look for lymphocytosis or eosinophila ...
5.Drug history. ..

According to examination and report value treatment guided...
Mostly it seems viral or allergic inflammation ....
You can be given antihistaminic drug like levo cetrizine for that ...
For fever paracetamol or brufen useful...
