Suggest Remedies For High Blood Pressure And Pulse Rate

My current blood pressure is 164/108 and my pulse is 108. I am a 38 yo white female. I think I have bronchitus. My chest hurts a lot. Should I be going to a family members home to have them watch over me, or go to a urget care. I am inshape going to the gym regularly.

Hi,

I see you have high blood pressure in a very young age. To add to it you are doing a daily workout too. you must see your physician to rule out any diseases (secondary causes) for your high blood pressure. If no secondary causes have been found then you can safely start diet control and excercise first and then anti-hypertensive medication. Start with low dose tab ramipril 5mg once daily and do baseline renal function test as well.
