Suggest Remedies For Groin Muscle Pain Radiating Down The Thigh Causing Knee Pain
I ve been experiencing sharp pain in my groin muscle which then shoots down my thigh and triggers knee pain. I ve been icing and taking Aleeve as well as stretching and using foam roller to loosen my quad muscle. It s not getting better. It s been 3 weeks now.What other things can I do besides visiting a doctor?

I think you are going through sciatica pain. Neurologist to consult as soon as possible. Should evaluate your vertebral spine to rule out vertebrae dislocation. You might need physiotherapy by an expert.
