Suggest Remedies For Extreme Abdominal Cramps And Heavy Bleeding During Periods

I haven t had a period since June 2nd. Wednesday evening started having extreme cramps and am expiriencing very heavy vaginal bleeding. Pamprin has not eased the cramps. I am going through a pad in less than two hours and have gone through 3 pair of underwear in the past 6 hours. Pain is extreme, can t hold still it hurts so much. Should I go to the ER?

Hi,

Yes, you should go to the ER and get an injection of tranexamic and injection buscopan/tramadol. I advise you to have a gynecological checkup to look if everything is normal inside. Rest you can take tab. meftal spas for pain and tab. Tranexa for very heavy periods.
