hi my self rahul punia m from delhi...my age is 25 and height is 5'9. Weight 68 ..i feels i have big sexual problm..m doing mastburete from last 10 year..i feels my panis size is small it is around 4.5 inch only in satnding postionand is reduces size up to 1-2 inch in rest stage. .due to this m. feeling so much guilty i cnt do bathroom in public place...2nd..problm..i am not able to doh sex wd my gf..just in 1-2 mnt my sperm comes out.just touching my gf body....so i used drink alochol and do sex i tried it..many times after drink i can do sex wd gf only 2-3 tms...but my panis not. got erctt ya tighten proprely.....feels softy.....but without drink i m. not able to do sex a single time...just talking on phone wd my gf and doing norml conversation my sperm comes out in 1-2 mnt..realy due to this m feeling so bd..i have no job ya family tension..realy u cnt imgine how mch.guilty i am feeling.many times i thinks to do suicide......but i dnt want to die....my mrg fixedafter 5 month..but i think i cnt stsify my.wife...so i am not in.the position to do marriage.i m well educated and i knw mastbure is not wrng thing.but still i thinks i did it in uncontrolled way way may be this is reason for my sexual problm...pls guide me how i can take. You have a lot of misconceptions about psychosexual health. First of all, as you are also aware, masturbation is not a bad thing and it is a safe and healthy practice.

Size of penis varies between individuals and there are a lot of factors that determine size. If you have good erections then size doesnt matters. The size of 4.5 inches in erected position is pretty good so no need to feel inferior while using public toilets. Don't loose your confidence you are absolutely normal.

Now coming to the problem of discharge while talking to girlfriend, the discharge is not ejaculate but it is the seminal fluid that is secreted by seminal vesicles and it is a lubricating fluid that helps in lubrication during sexual intercourse.

Ejaculation earlier than normal time is called a premature ejaculation. If you are not reaching proper orgasm then consult a psychiatrist for help. Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine when taken on SOS basis have excellent roles in premature ejaculation. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription.

Herbal medicines like Confido, Tantex Royal also have good effects.
