Do not over counter any self antidiarrheal drugs foremost action:
1. Try consuming Oral Rehydration Salts - packets with adequate salts and sugars to balance body electrolytes
2. Have ginger based biscuits which decrease nausea
3. If you are taking
iron supplements kindly have little food before iron tablets to reduce iron-induced nausea vomiting
4. Avoid spicy, oily foods also limit dairy
5. Try to eat lots of salads, greens, fruits, walking, breathing exercises
6. Mostly these simple measures will subside if in case it doesn't kindly consult your obstetrician for further tests to rule out other causes.
