myself 31 yrs old when in flight my ear felt pressure in the ear drum and hear less well after reaching the place suffer cold n cough due which nose block n nose drizzling when in a/c it get blocked but my ear i hear less when i want to speak its sound louder to me but other person say u are speaking slowly plz answer

Accumulation of wax in the ear is one of the main factor which causes person to hear less. You can use ear bud to clear your ear. I it persists then you need to see a ENT specialist for detailed viewing and clearing the ear with instrument.
Cold cough can occur due to allergy by dust.
