Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Baclofen is centrally acting skeleton muscle relaxant. It may not cause any back muscles spasms, in fact, it may relieve it.

Hence, the rash may be due to Hydrocodone allergy or Baclofen allergy. So please identify the drug and quit it. Use moisturizer cream locally.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
